    No storm would put us off! The P7s headed off to MUSA Cookstown for an indoor Football and Hurling blitz.

    We finished off national Anti-bullying Week with a special assembly to promote the message of RESPECT in Kingsisland. Every child presented their very own poster to the the whole school.

    We were blessed with lovely weather today for our annual sponsored walk. The children had a brilliant time walking within the locality of Kingsisland before making their way to Derrytresk GFC football field for refreshments and play time. .

  • Today, P6 had an opportunity to develop their culinary skills under the expertise of Mrs McVeigh. Through our topic, we have been learning all about different cultures throughout the World.
  • Primary 5 football blitz in Coalisland
    The Primary 5 had a fantastic day today at a football blitz in Coalisland. They braved the cold weather to participate in friendly matches against neighbouring schools in both football and hurling.
  • Primary 4 have been learning all about poetry this week.
    Primary 4 have really been focusing on the rhyme and rhythm of lots of poems and they made up their very own class poem about a caterpillar!

    Our Kingsisland Irish Dancers worked together in different teams and created our own unique dances.
