  • CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
    Exactly 4 weeks since we celebrated the first sod being cut on our new school building, we watched the builders pour the concrete foundations on one side of the new build today.

    All P6 & 7 pupils travelled for a mornings play both indoor and outdoor!
  • ODD SOCKS DAY 2024
    The children had a blast yesterday as they donned their odd socks and celebrated Andy and the Odd Socks’ message of CHOOSE RESPECT around Kingsisland
  • Primary 1 trip.
    P1 boys and girls were so excited for their first trip to the library and Peatlands today. As always we had a great visit to the library thanks to Mary and Paula.
  • P2 TRIP TO COALISLAND LIBRARY
    P2 had lots of fun with Mary and Lynda in Coalisland Library today, sharing stories and checking out books!
  • Halloween with Primary 3!
    We completed various spooky themed activities this week and enjoyed baking scary pumpkins, creating bat mobiles and building skeleton bridges as part of our STEM project!
  • Primary 5 Challenge.
    Why did the chicken cross the river? To get the grain and escape from the fox of course!

    It was party time today in Kingsisland as all types of Witches, ghosts, ghouls and magic characters came to our Halloween Fancy Dress Disco.
  • PADDY CULLEN CUP VISITS KINGSISLAND
    We were delighted to welcome Derrylaughan Kevin Barrys GAC players and Kingsisland past pupils, Tómas Carney and Sean Robinson to St John's Kingsisland Official. along with the Tyrone Intermediate Paddy Cullen Cup.
