Today's beautiful weather helped our P1 pupils achieved their learning intentions in Numeracy, in and beyond the classroom. After reading 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar', we talked and learned about symmetry and drew our lines using mirrors to help us.

We connected our learning to Art when we took our lesson outside and painted our own symmetrical butterflies and caterpillars. We loved working together with our friends. Lots of learning and fun in the sun in P1!
