To celebrate Maths Week Ireland our children had the unique opportunity this year to link their learning to our new school build. From Primary 1 to Primary 7, the children all completed activities that brought their learning to life.
All classes used the school plans in different ways from designing their classroom using 2D shapes to measuring out their classroom and resources using cubes, rulers, metre sticks and trundle wheels. In KS2 the children worked on area and perimeter as well as being set budgets to spend on designing their classroom to drawing plans to scale.
This was a fantastic week of learning as our school build draws closer to completion ![</div><div>Link: <a href=]()
