This week we have been participating in Children’s Mental Health Week. We have been learning how to take care of our feelings and minds, just like we take care of our bodies.
It’s been a great chance to talk about our emotions, explore who we are and find ways to grow and feel our best. Today we created our own personality islands, which are places that highlight some of the things that are special to us and that we enjoy.
