To continue and enhance the promotion of GAA in Kingsisland we organised another challenge game today in Doire Treasc Fir an Chnoic. This week the invitation went out to our close neighbours from Annaghmore PS.
With Master McGarrity and Master Lyons refereeing on both pitches, all of the children, playing from both schools, were encouraged and coached to give their best.
It was evident to see the progress of all the Kingsisland boys, but a particular mention must go to Aaron, Oisín, Niall, Michael, Kyle and Seanan for displaying excellent attitudes and performing with distinction today.
Next up for some of the squad is the Tyrone Cuman na mbunscol outdoor blitz while for other squad members is a visit to a tournament in South Derry.
